Will a 2 channel amp help the sound of my two Jensen speakers that came on my brand new 2010 boat?From Tim Stolz at 5/18/10 11:02 PMA 2 channel amplifier will allow a wider range of sound due to the filters and Bass EQ adjustments provided. The JENSEN Marine POWER400 2-Channel amplifier will allow you to run your stereo system at lower volume settings while providing excellent output to the speakers. You won't be amplifying as much sound from the radio as without an amplifier, since the volume setting will be lower. And you can adjust the Low, Mid, and High frequencies to your preference.
